Not sure if it's a bug but...

So I was told to make the silver (i assume) or T2 of the pet aug enhancement available, i needed to hand my bronze one to the NPC. I did so, I got an "this item does not exist" and you do not have enough points, and lost my bronze aug. I think this needs to be a little clearer, and would be great if i could get my item back. This happened on my Necro, Rising. Or at least make it clear how many AA's are needed for the upgrade. Thanks.

each side of cy has different named mobs for each model.. if you try left side and it don't work then try right side, every quest in vt worked fine for me
