Soulbinder in Kerra Isle tasks you to collect 4 Shissar Eggs. These are found in SSRA, which you can get there by saying ssratemple to Trainer Fink. They are an uncommon drop from any mob in the zone.

Handing 4 of them in will give you an experience potion with 5 charges, that grants +100% experience for 30 minutes. This quest can be repeated as many times as you like.
